It does not check your product, does not make it "compliant", does not replace a risk assessment, testing, CE marking or an EU responsible person, and is not a certification. You must verify every text (including translations) for your product and the countries where you sell before use. Parts of the output are AI-generated (machine translation).
The service generates draft texts from the information you enter: GPSR-related listing fields for marketplaces, standard safety warnings and instructions in EU languages, label/packaging text, a document checklist and a risk-analysis outline, with reference to Regulation (EU) 2023/988. We do not inspect, test or certify products, do not act as manufacturer, importer, authorised representative or EU responsible person, and give no legal advice. Marketplace field names and requirements change; check them in your seller account.
The service is not available for: toys for children under 3, childcare articles for children under 3, medical devices, food, drinks and food supplements, cosmetics, mains-powered electrical products (> 50 V AC / 75 V DC), personal protective equipment, hazardous chemical mixtures (CLP). For these, consult a professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your input, for checking every output text (including all translations) before use, for the safety of your products and for meeting all legal obligations. Do not enter information you are not allowed to share.

One-off payments via Mollie, no subscription. 1 credit = 1 product pack. Updating the same pack is free up to 3 times within 7 days. Credits are valid for 365 days after the last purchase or use. A credit is only used when a full pack is generated successfully. Business customers can enter company and VAT details for the invoice.
The packs are digital content supplied immediately. By ticking the box at checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once a pack has been generated with a credit (Belgian Code of Economic Law art. VI.53, 13°; Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
Translations and rewritten instructions are produced by machine translation / a language model and are labelled as such. They can contain errors.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, listing deactivations, fines or recalls resulting from the use of draft texts. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence or where the law does not allow it.
